Tours PH | Globe 5G Roaming is now available in the United States and Canada with additional European locations coming soon | Globe accelerates its efforts to secure the world’s largest 5G network coverage by signing more partners to provide Globe roamers and foreign visitors to the country with the finest 5G experience possible. The company’s venture to obtain North American locations paid off, as the 5G roaming service will be formally launched on June 15 through Telus in Canada and June 17 through AT&T in the United States.
Following up on this achievement, Globe has announced a cooperation with Vodafone, Europe’s top technological communications firm.
By July 2021, Globe roamers in Hungary, Germany, Ireland, and the Netherlands will have access to improved 5G connections.
Similarly, visiting Vodafone users will be able to use 5G connectivity in the Philippines if they have 5G-enabled devices and are in 5G-powered areas.
Globe has the most 5G roaming coverage in Europe, with Telia Company covering Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Estonia; Telecom Italia covering Italy; and Vodafone covering Hungary, Germany, Ireland, and the Netherlands.

With Roam Surf Plus, Globe ensures that its clients enjoy the finest travel experience at a fair price. This is Globe’s newest add-on call and SMS promo for both Postpaid and Prepaid users, which they may register on top of their Roam Surf 3991, which currently gives Postpaid users all-day surfing and Prepaid customers 1GB of data for 24 hours after activation.
Postpaid roamers will get all-day calls and all-net texts for an extra P200, while Prepaid roamers will get 60 minutes of calls and 60 all-net texts valid for 24 hours for both users. Prepaid consumers can register for Roam Surf 399 using GCash, GlobeOne, or *143#, while Postpaid customers must activate Roam Surf 399 by turning on their mobile data and data roaming. Once activated, text ROAMSURFPLUS to 8080 to receive a free text message. This deal is only available for a short time.
